As a valued HOA member, it is important to familiarize yourself with our neighborhood’s governing documents, including the CC&Rs, design guidelines, regulations, and bylaws. You will also be assessed annual dues every January. Additionally, you automatically become a member of the Solamere Oaks Swim and Tennis Club (SOSTC).

THE OAKS at Deer Valley Homeowners Association would like to warmly welcome the homeowners and lot owners of our private residential community in beautiful Park City, UT owning a property within the Deer Valley subdivision automatically grants you access to our trusted Homeowners Association (HOA) membership and services. As an HOA member, we are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

As a valued HOA member, you will have access to our private Oaks Clubhouse;

You will automatically become a member of the esteemed Solamere Oaks Swim and Tennis Club (SOSTC).

You will be invited to any events held by the Oaks; and Homeowners in The Oaks will have convenient access to Deer Valley Direct, our complimentary shuttle service making transportation to and from Deer Valley Ski Resort hassle-free.

The exclusive Solamere Oaks Swim and Tennis Club is overseen by a board of five members representing the homeowners in The Oaks, Solamere, and Morningstar Estates. Membership dues are conveniently included in the annual assessment by The Oaks HOA. Currently, outside membership is not available.

Club members and their guests have access to the clubhouse facilities. Tennis and pickleball enthusiasts can benefit from private lessons and group sessions conducted by experienced professionals. For more details on classes and clinics, please contact our club manager, Tom Mohr, at (435) 513-9948 or refer to the SOSTC newsletter.

Members can call the club or utilize the convenient online reservation system to reserve a tennis or pickleball court. The availability of courts may vary. During the playing season, members can purchase a key to access the tennis and pickleball courts when the clubhouse is closed.

From Memorial Day through Labor Day, the pool is available for use. Hours of operation may vary throughout the summer but are typically from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Please be aware that although the pool is staffed, no lifeguard is on duty for added safety.

• There is limited parking at the clubhouse, especially during peak times and special events. We kindly request members consider alternative transportation modes such as walking, cycling, or carpooling.
• Please sign in at the clubhouse to help us monitor club usage effectively and ensure proper staff oversight. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
